USNS CHOCTAW COUNTY PSA/DD SYNOPSIS
THIS IS A SYNOPSIS NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation, request for quote, or proposal and no contract will be awarded from this notice. There is no solicitation, specifications or drawings available at this time.
Military Sealift Command Norfolk intends to issue an unrestricted full and open solicitation on/about 13 October 2013 for the Post Shipyard Availability/Regular Overhaul-Dry Dock (PSA/ROH-DD) on the USNS CHOCTAW COUNTY (JHSV 2) commencing on or about 03 March 2014 for an estimated period of 60 days.
Work is to be performed at the contractor's facility r on or about the above mentioned date. Areas of consideration are the East and Gulf Coast areas. The estimated issue date of this solicitation is on/about 13 October 2013. After issuance, the solicitation may be obtained thru Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website and/or the MSC 1102 Website https://procurement.msc.navy.mil.
The appropriate NAICS Code is 336611 with a standard size of 1,000. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR PROPOSAL. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis.
