U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space:
State: Puerto Rico
City: Mayaguez, Anasco, and Aguada
Delineated Area: From the North - Secondary Road 111, intersection with Primary Road 2; to Avenida Algarrobo, Mayaguez on the South. Site access within .5 mile PR 2 is required.
Location of Space Within Building: The space must be contiguous on ground floor
Minimum Sq.Ft. (ABOA): 4,200
Maximum Sq.Ft. (ABOA): 4,400
Space Type: Office/Laboratory/Storage
Parking Spaces (Fenced/Secured) : 10
Employee onsite or within 1 block : 21
Lease Term: 10 Years
Firm Term: 5 Years
Additional requirements: 12'x20' Aluminum Awning within secured parking area.
These requirements replace those previously posted in the "GFR Media", El Vocero, and Vision on March 19 and 22, 2014.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainable standards per terms of the lease. Offered space may not be considered in the (100/500) year flood plain if there is space outside the 100/500 year flood plain.

USDA staff will conduct a market survey to determine the most highly qualified properties for further consideration. Interested parties need to provide the building name and address showing it is located within the delineated area and a letter from the owner of the property stating authorization to show the property. This is an inquiry for available space and is not to be construed as an Invitation for Bid.
