The work includes, but is not limited to all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide a comprehensive indoor and outdoor INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT (IPM) PLAN. The contractor will be required to perform the following in conjunction with each operation: perform a complete inspection of the site, identify pests, pest damage or any for pest damage, determine the extent of pest damage, render treatment if required to control, prevent, or otherwise mitigate the pest(s), and evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment. All requirements under applicable District of Columbia and Maryland Pest Control Codes shall be considered part of the specification and shall be completed by the contractor.
