The USDA Forest Service has a requirement for the PSW Hilo, HI- Hilo Photovoltaic System - Phase 1
This is a total small business set aside construction requirement:
MAGNITUDE OF THE PROJECT- FAR 36.204
(c) Between $100,000 and $250,000
Bonding Requirements: Dependent upon proposal response the following clauses shall apply.
FAR 52.228-13
FAR 52.228-15
Period of Performance: 390 Days
The resulting contract shall be a single award, firm fixed priced award.
An organized site visit has been scheduled for: Tuesday December 18, 2018 at 9:30 am HST at the PSW Institute of Pacific Islands Forestry, 60 Nowelo St. Hilo, HI 96720
