USDA FS NFsNC Manual Crop Tree Release on 184 acres Croatan RD New Bern NC
USDA Forest Service, National Forests in North Carolina has a requirement for Manual Crop Tree Release on 184 acres on the Croatan Ranger District, New Bern North Carolina. Release treatment will include but not be limited to locating longleaf pine seedlings, saplings, and pole timber and then cutting all other woody stems less than 8" DBH regardless of proximity to longleaf.

Aug 23, 2019: This solicitation is being extended to give the Forest Service time to respond to a protest. The new Reply Due is September 6, 2019 4:00pm ET. Proposed pricing must have a guarantee of 120 days. POP is also extended to March 31, 2020.
Sept 6, 2019: This solicitation is being amended to make award based on "Subject to Availability of Funds". All other terms and conditions remain the same.
