The State Purchasing Division is seeking proposals on behalf of the State Food Distribution Program and eligible recipient agencies for USDA commodity processed food items. Our intent is to utilize USDA commodity food as the primary ingredient(s), including, but not limited to, bulk beef, chicken, cheese and turkey ham to produce specific finished end products according to applicable federal and state regulations. Awarded vendors will be allowed to offer additional products throughout the term of the contract. The State anticipates awarding multiple contracts as a result of this Request for Qualification (RFQ).
