This is an Unrestricted procurement issued under NAICS code 237110. The work consists of all plant, labor, materials, and equipment required to construct the USDA ARS Groundwater Transfer and Injection Pilot Study Project in Leflore County, Mississippi. Principle features of the work include: mobilization and demobilization, clearing and grubbing, installing one (1) extraction well and two (2) injection wells located approximately two miles apart; connected with 12-inch PVC pipe, installing well pumps and motors, control system for local and remote operation, storm water pollution protection, and environmental protection. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Page at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Bidders may register on the Interested Vendor's List (IVL) at http://www.fbo.gov/ and retrieve an IVL from the same location. Compact disc and hardcopies will not be available. Bidders should check often for changes (AMENDMENTS). Offeror(s) must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM), including the NAICS code they are bidding under, in order to receive a Government contract award.
