SYNOPSIS

USAO 2nd Floor Offices Construction Project
Burlington Federal Building
11 Elmwood Avenue
Burlington, Vermont 

The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the fit up of 2 offices, enclosing open spaces, on the 2nd floor fo the Burlington Federal Building.

The project is to include all trades needed to complete the work, such as, Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC, Finishes, Life Safety, Flooring, etc.

A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, June 27th @ 10:00 am.  Will confirm actual schedule on the full Solicitation Package.

Construction Project Period of Performance is anticipated to be 90 days from NTP.

Estimated Cost is between $25,000 and $100,000.

The Solicitation Package will be posted on or about June 21, 2017.

This Procurement is 100 % Reserved for Small Business.

This solicitation does authorize the transmittal of offers, modifications, or withdrawals of offers through email.  Please email a copy of your proposal to kimberly.gelly@gsa.gov with a cc: to kevin.morris@gsa.gov to be received no later than Wednesday, July 13, 2017 at 2:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time.  Hard copy submissions are also acceptable, as prescribed by FAR 52.215-1(c)(1).  No other means of transmission are acceptable.
