The USAID Broad Agency Announcement for Cybersecurity for Critical Infrastructure in Ukraine
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is issuing this Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) to seek participants to co-create, co-design, co-invest, and collaborate on research and development interventions to address cybersecurity for critical infrastructure in Ukraine. USAID invites the following categories of interested parties to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) in response to this BAA: (1) Implementing Partners, (2) Co-Investors, and (3) Experts. The description of each category of interested party is provided in Section III, Stage 1 of the BAA.
The intent of the BAA is to foster co-creation and co-design to the maximum extent to create innovative, high quality, effective partnerships in order to implement an activity to address this critical development challenge. USAID will invite selected for-profit and non-profit, public and private organizations, as detailed in the BAA, to co-create research and development (R&D) solutions to the Problem and Challenge Statements stated in the BAA, including those organizations that have ideas, expertise, resources, and/or funding to add to potential solutions.
