The United States Government represented by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking proposals to provide non-direct hire support services to the Bureau for Africa (AFR), related Washington, DC offices and overseas field Mission as described in the attached Request for Proposal. USAID anticipates awarding a single Time-and-materials (three year base period with two one year options) Contract. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 541611 and there is not an incumbent for this award as this requirement is new.
The Contractor will recruit, hire and maintain a contracted technical, professional, operational, and administrative support staff that supplies services to AFR to support USAID/Washington (USAID/W) and USAID Missions overseas to accomplish Bureau priorities as expressed in the Regional Development Cooperation Strategy.
