USAF Laboratory Personnel Demonstration Project
The objective of this work is to provide support to AFRL in its administration of the Lab Demo Project for over 3,000 scientists and engineers, business management and professionals, technicians, and mission support personnel. The contractor will support and assist in the design of additions/modifications to Lab Demo interventions, such as employee assessment and compensation, broadbanding, position classification, and Contribution-based Compensation System (CCS), and other personnel flexibilities. The contractor will assist in the analysis of such topics as demonstration project employee assessment and compensation results, workforce impact/trends, cost studies, and intervention effectiveness, and document the analysis in reports/briefings.
