Award Determination: The purchase order will be awarded to the responsive and responsible small business determined to be the most advantageous to the Government as the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Technical Expertise, Experience, and Past Performance will be considered with the following relationship between each factor: Technical Expertise, Experience and Past Performance when combined are significantly more important than Price.
Past Performance: The Government will evaluate past performance information to assess the offeror's likelihood of success in performing the requirements stated in the solicitation. Currency and relevance of the information (as determined by the Government), the source of the information, content of the data and general trends in the contractor's performance may be considered.
Price: The proposed price will be evaluated for whether it is realistic for the work to be performed, reflects a clear understanding of the requirements, and is consistent with the requirements of the solicitation.
