This project involves the creation of a planning document that includes the development policies and processes as well as infrastructure improvements for the US Highway 50 corridor through Caon City. The Consultant will provide professional engineering and planning services to produce the necessary policies, procedures, documents and specifications for the proposed planning and development elements and improvements that will be part of the plan.
