The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

West- Manheim Rd to Touhy Ave to Eastview Drive to Howard Ave to Webster Ln
MINIMUM SQ. FT. (ABOA): 5,395 ABOA SF (fully contiguous space not required; see details below)
MAXIMUM SQ. FT. (ABOA): 5,679 ABOA SF
SPACE TYPE: Office (including a small amount of laboratory space)
PARKING SPACES (TOTAL): Twenty reserved parking spaces for official government-owned vehicles. General parking should also be provided in accordance with local code, as applicable.
FULL TERM: Ten years
FIRM TERM: Eight years
OPTION TERM: One renewal option with a term of five years (three years firm)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Space will likely be comprised of three separately demised suites, depending on configuration of offered space. These three suites can be on separate floors within the offered building, as long as the following suite sizes are accommodated:
o Suite 1: approximately 1,026 ABOA SF
o Suite 2: approximately 3,145 ABOA SF
o Suite 3: approximately 1,508 ABOA SF
Requirement is for mostly office space with a small laboratory (approximately 516 ABOA sf)
Laboratory space will have fume hoods that need to be vented to the outdoors
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
A fully serviced lease is required.
Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
