Additional Requirements:    Contiguous space on one or more floors.


The Government requires separate entrances for Agency clients and for Agency employees


Minimum floorplate must be 15,000 ABOA SF.


Column spacing shall be a minimum of 25' on center and from exterior walls.


Public transportation must be available within two (2) walkable blocks (1,320 linear feet) from the principal building entrance. Tenant reserves the right to determine if public transportation is sufficient to meet its needs.

Space shall be contiguous and conducive to an efficient layout and good utilization.


Ceiling height required to be a minimum of 8' to a maximum 12'.


Janitorial services to be provided weekdays from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall be outside the 100/500 year flood plain.
