Additional Requirements: • Requires access to the building 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year.
• Space must have potential for an efficient layout. Ideal space would be contiguous and on one level, but a maximum of 2 levels could be an option as long as the space stills provides an efficient layout. Approximately 3,800 SF could be located on a separate level.
• The Government requires a fully serviced lease..
• Space above ground level requires at least two elevators with access to the premises.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be within a 100 year flood plain.
The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Springfield, MA, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime

• Location of space in the building and date it will be available.
• One-eighth inch scale AutoCAD drawing of space offered.
• ANSI/BOMA defined office area square feet (ABOA SF).
• Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and rental rate per square foot, specifying services and utilities included.
• Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact.
• Name of ownership entity and, if applicable, parent company.
