The United States Government currently occupies 1,105 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet of contiguous office space under a soon to be expired lease in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The Government is considering a competition for alternative office space of 1,105 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet and will relocate if a consideration of the economics and other factors involved are supportive. The cost of moving, tenant improvements, and the occupant agency's mission, among other items, will be considered in evaluating the alternatives.
