Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
Please submit written documentation from the building owner evidencing your authority to represent the building ownership in response to Solicitation 5CA1329. If the building ownership is a corporate entity (i.e., corporation, partnership, or LLC), authorization of the signatory to bind the ownership should also be submitted.
Tho authorization should also specify the extent of your authority, i.e., whether you are authorized to permit a tour of the building, are authorized to sign all documents submitted to the government, including the lease documents, and whether you are authorized to negotiate an offer with the government.
Upon receipt of the above information, we will schedule a tour of the building.
