•    Percentage of common area factor used to determine the rentable square feet
•    One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered
•    Method of measurement for space offered
•    Floor plan of space offered
•    On site parking plan and where the parking is in relation to the building


 


•    Contact information for owner or authorized agent
1. Evidence of ownership or control of Building or site shall be submitted. If the Offeror owns the Property being offered or has a long-term leasehold interest, documentation satisfactory to the LCO evidencing the Offeror's stated interest in the Property and any encumbrances on the Property shall also be required as a part of submittal.


2. If the Owner of the building would like to authorize for Offeror's Representative having signatory authority, the Offeror shall provide documentation stating that Offeror's Representative has signatory authority on behalf of the owner whose entity is described in the Proof of Ownership document. Please include this document as part of your submittal.

•    Project schedule showing how the occupancy date of May 1, 2018 can be met.
