The General Services Administration seeks to lease the following space:

Required Sq. Ft. (ABOA):    137,500 ANSI BOMA Office Area
Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF):    170,000 Rentable Square Feet
Space Type:    Office
Parking Spaces (Total):    868
Parking Spaces, Surface or Structure:    867
Parking Spaces (Reserved):    1
Full Term:    15 Years
Firm Term:    10 Years
Option Term:    N/A
Additional Requirements:    Parking must be available onsite.


Block A: 132,403 ABOA SF of contiguous space.


Block B: 2,000 ABOA SF of contiguous space. Space can be on the first floor or contiguous to Block A.


Block C: 3,097 ABOA SF of contiguous space. Block C does not need to be contiguous to block A and/or Block B.


Must be able to meet ISC Facility Security Level III requirements.



Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in a 100 year flood plain.


Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract or other executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the building owner with their response to this advertisement.
