US Government Seeks to Lease Office Space in Louisville, KY - 5KY0142
The U.S. Government, specifically the U. S. Coast Guard (Coast Guard), requires a minimum of 4,000 ANSI/BOMA square feet of office, warehouse, parking, etc. space for a boat, personnel, furnishings and equipment in LOUISVILLE, KY. The term is for 10 years, 5 years firm. The offered space must meet Government requirements for fire and life safety and accessibility requirements, and must comply with all agency specific requirements. A minimum of 2 large parking spaces must be available for Government use.
The Coast Guard currently occupies office and related leased space in Louisville, KY, that will be expiring. The Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
