General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

North: Route 30 to Delaware Ave (in Atlantic City CBD) to Atlantic Ave
East: Atlantic Ave to S 27th Ave
South: S 27th Ave to JFK Memorial Bridge to Rt 152 (Longport Somers Point Blvd/E-W Maryland Ave) to Bethel Rd to Ocean Heights Ave
West: Garden State Parkway

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,830
Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,172

Space Type: Office

Parking Spaces (Total): 11 secured surface parking spaces

Full Term: 15 Years
Firm Term: 7 Years
Option Term: n/a

Additional Requirements:
• Contiguous space on a single floor or adjoining floors is required.
• Space on the 2nd floor or higher or 1st floor if the Government is the sole tenant with secured onsite parking, or 1st floor space in a multi-tenant building that does not have retail and/or heavy public use.
• Space cannot be collocated with other law enforcement agencies, probations, drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers, or associated uses.
• Building entrances/exits are not to be located 1,000 feet minimum, line of sight or within the vicinity of the following: drug-free zone of school/park/day care boundary, residential/hoteling/shopping center.
• Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative.
• All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). Any submissions received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received, which must also be submitted prior to the Expression of Interests Due Date
• In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, agent must provide written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties.
• Reference project number: 5NJ0215.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
