General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Beginning at the intersection of William Street and Princess Anne Street (northernmost point), follow Princess Anne Street in a southern direction until it intersects with Dixon Street, follow Dixon Street in a west/southwestern direction, becoming Route 17 / Tidewater Trail, until it intersects with Benchmark Road, follow Benchmark Road in a southwest direction until it intersects with Route 636 / Mine Road, follow Route 636 / Mine Road in an western direction, becoming Hood Drive, until it intersects with Route 208 / Courthouse Road, follow Route 208 / Courthouse Road in a southwestern direction, becoming Courthouse Bypass, until it intersects with Route 613 / Brock Road, follow Route 613 / Brock Road in a northwestern direction until it intersects with Gordon Road, follow Gordon Road in a northeastern direction until it intersects with Route 3 / Plank Road, follow Route 3 / Plank Road in an eastern direction, becoming William Street, until it intersects with Princess Anne Street (Starting Point).

Agency Tenant Improvement Allowance: Existing Lease Space - $4.52 per ABOA SF, Other Locations Offered - $23.75 per ABOA SF.



Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.


This procurement will be subject to all the rules, regulations, conditions and specifications stated in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) package that will be sent out pursuant to this advertisement.


At this time, the Government is only considering existing buildings, and will not consider new construction options.


Expressions of Interest must be received in writing no later than July 17, 2019 by 5:00 PM Eastern Time, and should include the following information at a minimum:
• Building name and address;
• Location of space in the building and date of availability;
• Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and full service rental rate per RSF;
• ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet offered and full service rental rate per ABOA SF;
• Floor plans (as-built) identifying offered space;
• Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact.


Owners, brokers, or agents may offer space for consideration. Any properties submitted by brokers or agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized by the ownership to exclusively represent the building offered.
