The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements:

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):
Space Type: OFFICE
Parking Spaces (Total): 70
Parking Spaces (Surface): 45 for employees and visitors
Parking Spaces (Structured): 25 fenced secured for GOVs
Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0
Full Term: 10 years
Firm Term: 5 years
Option Term: N/A
Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous on one floor.
A total of 70 on-site parking spaces for employees and visitors, including: 25 fenced spaces for Government vehicles, 35 spaces for employees, and 10 spaces for visitors.
Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Solicitation for Offers. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
