General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State:    Texas
City:    El Paso
Delineated Area:    Northern Boundary: Starting at the intersection of Interstate 10 and Loop 375, traveling east on Loop 375 to the intersection of Loop 375 and TX601. Eastern Boundary: From the intersection of Loop 375 and TX601, traveling west on TX601 to Global Reach Drive. Turn left to head southeast on Global Reach Drive, continuing south on North Yarbrough Drive to the intersection of North Yarbrough Drive and Loop 375. Southern Boundary: From the intersection of North Yarbrough Drive and Loop 375, traveling west on Loop 375 to South Santa Fe Street. Turn right on South Santa Fe Street to US Highway 85. Turn left on US Highway 85 to TX1966. Turn right on TX1966 to the intersection of TX1966 and Interstate 10. Western Boundary: From the intersection of TX1966 and Interstate 10, head north on Interstate 10 to the intersection of Interstate 10 and Loop 375.

Additional Requirements:    Offered space must be located on one contiguous floor and must be located on the second floor or higher. Space shall be located 1) in an office, research, technology, or business park that is modern in design with a campus-like atmosphere; OR 2) on an attractively-landscaped site containing one or more modern office buildings that are professional and prestigious in appearance with the surrounding development well-maintained and in consonance with a professional image. Location should not be adjacent to overpasses, bridges, elevated ramps or railroad tracks.


Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
