US Department of HUD Business Service Provider (BSP) for Single-Family Asset Management (SFAM)
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Single Family Asset Management (SFAM) is seeking a business service provider to provide a web-enabled commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) application which will assist with the management and operational procedures associated with SFAM's Real Estate Owned (REO) portfolio and analysis needs as outlined within this PWS. These services include providing a method which can serve as the primary process for HUD staff and its business partners to send, receive, distribute, analyze, maintain, and manage information relative to HUD's preconveyance, property management, and disposition strategies and activities. The Contractor's provided method shall allow for immediate (real-time) availability to complete a variety of pre and post REO portfolio management functions which shall include interfacing with all HUD approved internal applications and providing reporting capabilities.
