MINIMUM ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS
AVALON ELITE CATHETERS (BRAND NAME OR EQUAL)
1. Must be a dual lumen catheter
2. Must simultaneously remove blood from both Superior and Inferior Vena Cava and return to Right Atrium
3. Must be constructed from very durable and kink resistant material
4. Must be flexible and bio-stable
5. Must be radiopaque
