US ARMY WAR COLLEGEE - INTERNATIONAL FELLOWS FAREWELL
This is a notice to award on a sole source basis to Army and Airforce Exchange Service (Letort View Community Center) for meals and beverages to be served for U.S. Army War College, International Fellows Farewell in Carlisle Pennsylvania, for the period 29 May 14 to 29 May 14. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 722310. This procurement will be processed as other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106(b)(1). This is neither a Request for Quotation nor an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Interested persons may identify their interest and ability to respond to this requirement. A determination not to compete this procurement based on a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received no later than 13:00 p.m. (EST) by 29 May 2014. If no affirmed written responses are received by the due date indicating that a comparable source exists, an order will be placed with Army and Airforce Exchange Service, for the requirement above.
