This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in Sub part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is F5N3SC414AC01. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 335999 "All other miscellaneous electrical equipment and component manufacturing", This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business with a size standard of 500 employees.

This request for quotes is for the requirement of uninterrupted power supplies (UPS) maintenance and replacement. The ideal situation is where a contractor upon notification of broken UPS will send out a replacement (exact model or equal approved by government). Replacement will have new battery and will be refurbished and re-calibrated to new condition with a complete warranty on the replacement. The government will send in the identified broken UPS for credit. The initial replacement UPS should be an exact match or equal approved in advance. Models presently needing replacement are the following: UPS repair/exchange 14 Units: (2) SU 700 RM2U, (4) SU 750 RM2U, (2) SU1000 RM2U, (1) SU1400 DESKTOP, (2) SU 400 RM3U, (1) SU1400 RM2UXL, (2) SUA 500 RM2U. Be sure to include shipping costs in your quote.
The attached Statement of Work outlines the background, scope of work, period of performance, government responsibilities as well as acceptance and invoicing.
All proposals will be considered. Any resultant award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price contract. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for updates/amendments to any and all documents. The following Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and its supplements (DFARS and AFFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition; 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, 52.212-1, 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer, and 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests.
To receive an award of contract the offeror must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database which can be accessed at the website https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.
