UPGRADE DOMESTIC WATER B76
This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about April 24, 2017, to Upgrade Domestic Water, Building 76 at the Bath VA Medical Center., Project No. 528A6-17-616. The General Contractor shall be responsible for removing the existing piping, valves, insulation and hangers. Removals shall include the dead legs as shown on the construction drawings. All removed piping will be turned over to the VA for their recycling program. The G.C. shall then install new piping, valves, hangers and insulation per the drawings and specifications. This contract shall include all other items as shown on the contract drawings and specifications not mentioned here. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses . The NAICS code is 238220. The small business standard is $15 M. The cost range is $250,000 to $500,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
