UPGRADE A VISION PHANTOM 640 CAMERA TO A V641 CAMERA
Ames intends to issue a sole source award (utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures) to The Vision Research Company of Wayne, New Jersey for Upgrade of a Vision Phantom 640 camera to a V641 camera.
The performance period is 30 days from date of award.
This Notice of Intent is being provided for information purposes only therefore, no solicitation will result from this announcement. Interested organizations may submit written capabilities and qualifications to provide the aforementioned effort to [email protected], no later than 1:00p.m Pacific Time on July 17, 2014.
No telephone responses will be accepted. Information received will be for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
