General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Additional Requirements:
• Contiguous space on a single floor or adjoining floors is desired.
• Loading dock is required.
• If the space is located above the ground floor, a freight elevator is required.
• Space may not be co-located with other Federal, State, local government agencies, or private firms whose primary clientele are involved with or interact with potential criminal elements.
• Space may not be located near agencies providing probation and/or parole services, halfway houses, drug abuse counseling/rehabilitation programs, and similar social service agencies and welfare type programs, as well as private law firms representing drug offenders.
• Space may not be located within 1,000 feet, line of sight, or within the vicinity of the following: drug-free zone as determined by the State of Ohio or where drug activities are prevalent and/or where easy surveillance of facilities or operations is possible.
• If the building is multi-tenant and multi-story, an elevator controlled by a card reader type system for the sole use of the Government shall be provided from the parking level.
• Buildings with ground level or under building drive-through areas are not acceptable.
• Preference will be given to space located on the second story or higher. In the event second floor or above space is not available, the Government will accept first floor space under the following circumstances: 1) the Government is the sole tenant of the building, 2) all on-site required parking for government owned vehicles is included, 3) the building has a 20-foot setback to all sidewalks, access streets parking lots, adjoining streets, 4) a fence meeting Government specifications is included at lessor's expense, and 5) blast window film is provided at the lessor's expense if the Government determines that blast film is required. First floor space may also be considered if the other tenants are not retail and do not cater to heavy public use or foot/vehicle traffic.
• The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
