This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation is only available through FedBizOps at https://www.fbo.gov/.

The RFP number is N00244-19-R-0058. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2019-02TA effective and DFARS Publication Notice 20190215.

It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, San Diego requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY (UPS) maintenance in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.

The SF 1449 is attached which includes the full clause list, and Performance Work Statement.

*THE SF 1449 DOCUMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH ALL UNIT, EXTENDED AND CUMULTIVE PRICING AND APPLICABLE SOLICITATION CLAUSES COMPLETED IN ORDER FOR BID TO BE CONSIDERED.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Proposals shall be submitted directly to the Contract Specialist, Julius Limcolioc via electronic mail at Julius.limcolioc@navy.mil with the subject line N0024419R0058 UPS PROPOSAL by due date specified in this solicitation.
Only written proposals shall be accepted in response to this notice.

Offerors are responsible for submitting proposals and any modification, revisions, or withdrawals, so as to reach the Government office designated in the solicitation by the time specified herein.
