UNIFIED SYSTEM PROJECT
The Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) will select a qualified ITS33 Solution Provider vendor to implement EEC's Unified Computer System. The Unified System will include the following four highly intergrated business componets: Child/Family Access and Assistance, Licensing, Monitoring and Support, Professional Development and Purchase of Services. The draft Unified System Detailed Requirements Document contains the details of what the new system should do to support fifty-seven different early education and care business processes. A summary of the envisioned system and how it is planned to support the EEC Strategic Plan is included in the draft Executive Summary on the EEC website http://www.eec.state.ma.us/
