UNDERGROUND UTILITY lOCATION SERVICES
The work consists of providing all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform underground utility locate services at Naval Air Station Key West Florida.
The resultant contract will be a combination Firm Fixed-Price / Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (FFP/IDIQ) contract. The FFP portion will consist of routine and emergency utility locates, and the
IDIQ portion will be for additional locate services order via DOD-Email on an as needed basis.
The period of performance will be a BASE PERIOD of one year with 4 OPTION PERIODS of one year each. Period of Performance shall start on 1 October 2014.
The solicitation will be issued UNRESTRICTED using commercial procedures.
Solicitation documents will become available on or about 25 JULY 2014.
