UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS (USTs) MAINTENANCE, COMPLIANCE TESTING AND INSPECTION SERVICES
This is a request for information and capabilities only. This is NOT a request for proposals and no contract shall be awarded based on this Sources Sought notice. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Huachuca Division, Directorate of Contracting (DOC) Operations Branch is conducting market research in order to determine the availability, capability, and interest of qualified companies and educational institutions in order to perform Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) Maintenance, Compliance Testing And Inspection Services for the Directorate of Public Works, Environmental Division at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought notice or any follow-up information requests. ACC-APG Huachuca Division’s determination on how best the proposed requirement will be based on responses to this notice and is the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer.
Seeking sources to provide USTs maintenance, compliance testing and inspection services for attached technical exhibit.
The purpose of this contract is to perform monthly, and annual visual and physical inspections, testing, and repair of all underground storage tanks (USTs) and associated piping, sumps, and other tank system components at the locations listed in the technical exhibit which are located at Fort Huachuca, AZ. Performance shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of a contract and with the current local, state, and federal regulations. The anticipated term of the contract is for one year, with four option years.
Work currently is being performed for this requirement under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 237120 (Oil and Gas Pipeline and Related Structures Construction); however NAICS Code 562910 (Remediation Services) is being considered.
