Please find attached an Expression of Interest regarding Real Estate Consultancy Services to be provided to the United Nations in New York.
Upon evaluation of submitted EOI's, SOM will be issuing the RFP to qualifying firms - adherence to requested deadline is vital in regards to the opportunity for receipt of RFP.
Please address all inquiries via email ([email protected]), and we look forward to receiving your qualifications and a signed NDA by September 12, 2012, 5 PM EST.
In anticipation of questions related to the EOI for Real Estate Consultancy Services, please see below clarifications:
1. Respond either from the office in receipt of the EOI or from another qualified office location, with the understanding that the responding office must not be invested in the New York real estate market in such a way that will create a conflict of interest. The successful firm will be required to sign a non-disclosure and conflict of interest declaration and agrees that it will not represent the developer and/or any existing or potential landlord. Furthermore, as part of the RFP response, the Real Estate Consultant shall fully disclose any conflict of interest with respect to other real estate business or if they have any real estate relationship with the City of New York.
2. The formal RFP package, including full scope of work, will be issued upon receipt of the EOI and NDA forms. No fees or approach plans should be submitted at this time.
3. While the successful Real Estate Consultancy firm will be retained by SOM under an existing master agreement with the UN, the successful firm will be responsible for significant direct-coordination with the UN team.
