ULV CONCEALABLE BODY ARMOR
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is issuing a solicitation for Ultra-Low Visibility Concealable Body Armor. The procurement is set aside for small businesses; and the North American Industry Classification System code is 315990 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The Agency intends to award a fixed price blanket purchase agreement under FAR Subpart 8.4 with a 60 month period of performance.
Offers are to be received no later than 12:00 PM (EST) on December 3, 2019, to the attention of Jennifer R. Unger, Senior Contracting Officer, Federal Bureau of Investigation, 170 Marcel Drive, Winchester, VA 22602 [see instructions on where to ship samples.]
