100% Small Business Set-Aside:
This is 100% small business set aside IAW FAR 19.5. Offerors will be asked to indicate the size category (large, small, small-disadvantaged, etc.). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335999 with a size standard of 500 employees.


Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a supply requirement for an Ultrasonic Squirter C-Scan Inspection System used to perform non-destructive inspection and test (NDIT) on various radomes. to be located at NSWC Crane. The contractor will be required to install the system at NSWC Crane and provide training and spare parts. There are size and weight constraints that may limit some vendors' ability to propose an acceptable system. The weight loading constraints are in the SOW and the size constraints are in the specification. This system shall be built in accordance with (IAW) a statement of work (SOW), a system specification, and applicable drawings. The Government also anticipates incidental services requirements during the life of this effort. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at Destination by NSWC Crane personnel. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to NSWC Crane Division, 300 Highway 361, Crane, IN 47522.


The Government intends to hold an Industry Day for interested vendors to attend, at no cost to the Government. Due to limited space, each vendor interested in sending representatives to the industry day will be limited to a maximum of three (3) individuals. Each vendor shall submit the information requested below for no more than three (3) people. The Industry day is anticipated to occur on 02 March 2017. Vendors interested in attending the Industry Day must submit the following information for a visitor pass, to Mr. Rodney Fultz via email, no later than 12:00pm EDST on 16 February 2017;

Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments. Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. Information about the JCP is located at http://www.dlis.dla.mil. The controlled attachments will be posted to FedBizOps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov.
