Appointment of Structural Consultants to advise the Council on whether Building Regulation Applications comply with Part A of the current Building Regulations for England and Wales. Consultant(s) may also be required to undertake site visits on certain projects and may also be required to provide individual fixed price quotes for projects with an estimated build cost of over 1 000 000 GBP.
