UK-Uxbridge: construction project management services
The provision of Project Management and related technical Services (including Employer's Agent Role under JCT2005 Design & Build Contract, Revision 1 (2007)) in the project management of the construction of the new build 'Eastern Gateway Project'. The successful Project Manager will be appointed under the GC/Works/5 General Conditions for the Appointment of Consultants (1998) (amended). The Project Manager will undertake the Project Management function for Stages K-L of the RIBA Stages for Construction (construction phase and post completion). The estimated cost of the project is 21 000 000 GBP and the successful Contractor is due to be appointed by February 2010. It is also envisaged that the Project Manager will be appointed at the same time.
