UK-Trafford: repair and maintenance services of central heating
Planned maintenance and reactive repairs for boiler house and associated equipment for all properties and equipment contained within the Councils Premise Schedule. The types of premise this includes is Public Buildings, Schools, Libraries, Community buildings etc.
For the reactive repairs the contractor will be required to provide an emergency callout service to attend emergency callouts to boilers and associated plant as and when required. The response times shall fall into 3 categories which shall be defined by the Council. These are anticipated to be 1 hour, 4 hours and 24 hours depending on the type of emergency.
