UK-Swansea: operating-theatre drapes
Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Local Health Board (LHB) is seeking expressions of interest for the supply and delivery of Sterile Re-usable and/or Single-use Drapes & Gowns and bespoke Draping Packs for use within the clinical environment, excluding Incise & Equipment Drapes.
The LHB will wish to consider the following options:
Supply only service or a managed service or a combination of both.
The contract will operate for a primary term of 36 months, with an option to extend year on year up to a maximum of 24 months at the LHB's discretion. The LHB reserves the right to award in part, all, or not at all to one or more suppliers. The LHB will not be responsible for any costs incurred by any tenderer in participating in this Procurement exercise.
The contracting authority reserves the right not to award the contract.
The contracting authority reserves the right to:
1. Evaluate each Lot as a separate contract
2. Award contract(s) in whole or in part
3. Award contract(s) to one bidder or a number of bidders
4. All documents to be priced in sterling and all payments to be made in sterling.
