UK-St Asaph: repair and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical building installations
The contract will cover installations to 180 buildings with communal areas, being flats with general needs occupancy or supported housing schemes. It will also include individual houses or flats where these have either hard wired smoke detectors or emergency lighting systems.

Range: between 200 000 and 300 000 GBP.
