UK-Southampton: repair and maintenance services
The provision of routine servicing, repairs and emergency call-out arrangements for kitchen catering and other associated equipment in education and other premises as required, in the Southampton city area.
The contract will be split into five Lots as described in Annex B below. Organisations are invited to apply for any or all of these Lots.
The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years, with an option to extend for up to 1 year at the discretion of the Council.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to use a reverse auction.
Whilst every effort has been made to consider the full scope of the requirement the Contracting Authority does not guarantee the volume of supplies/service/works required resulting from this tender or that it will accept any tender on completion of the tender exercise.
