UK-Reading: internal audit services
The Trust has a requirement for internal audit services to ensure that the Trust is fully compliant with its obligations under the Audit Code for NHS Foundation Trusts. The internal audit service must comply with mandatory internal audit standards and be sufficiently resourced.
