UK-Plymouth: other community, social and personal services
The provision of Support, Enablement and Care Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities to enable people to live independently. These services are for adults with a learning disability who have a history of offending behaviour or who are at risk of offending, and/or people with severe and persistent challenging behaviour. Clients will be people living in Plymouth who require assistance and support to meet their identified outcomes to live fulfilling and independent lives. Levels of support will vary based on individual assessed needs. Support will be secured on an individual client basis with the individual fully engaged in the selection of the support provider from within the framework.
