UK-Perth: civil engineering consultancy services
Perth and Kinross Council The Environment Service intends to enter into a partnership with 2 firms of consultants to undertake the provision of roads and transportation/civil engineering professional services through a term commission call-off contract.
The proposed term commission shall encompass a wide range of roads and transportation related engineering functions in conjunction with broader general civil engineering functions. The appointed consultants shall be multi-disciplinary organisations, with demonstrable experience and competencies of delivering services of this nature.
