North Lanarkshire Council are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to assist them in ensuring compliance with the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive 2002/91/EC. The council requires a certified and licensed Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) supplier who will provide a consultancy service which can support all aspects required for the proper issue of EPC's and where required, can provide Building Services surveys and improvement reports, Building Construction surveys and analysis, preparation and supply of EPC Floor plans and Zone plans and other associated functions whilst offering best value in the expenditure of public funds.
