This project is for the design and construction of a high quality Public Realm space within the Historic Star Fort section of the Ebrington site.
The proposed works will include:
High Quality Public Realm Paving,
Street and Feature Lighting,
6.5m High Concrete Retaining Walls,
New Access path through the Star Fort wall,
Large Grass Landscaped area,
New NIE Sub-station,
New Foot/Cycle path from the proposed Peace Bridge to the proposed Greenway Foot/Cycle path,
Foundations for Mute Meadow Artwork within site.
Estimated value excluding VAT: 7 600 000 GBP.
